TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • Check-in and check out is at 12 noon.
  • 15% discount for stays of 5 nights+.
  • No discount between Dec 21 - Jan 4.
  • Minimum 7 nights booking during Dec 21 - Jan 4.
  • Tariff is valid for 2 persons per cottage & is the same for double/single occupancy.
  • Tariff is not inclusive of any meal/transfers. Package rates incl. meals on request.
  • No packages available.
  • Non-refundable 25% booking advance payable via Paypal (in USD, GBP, Euros),Western Union, Bank deposit or DD. Prevalent conversion rates will apply.
  • Advance booking payment to be made within 1 week of making booking.
 
  • Confirmation is final only after payment of advance booking.
  • 25% to be paid on check-in in Indian rupees. Balance to be paid on check out.
  • Credit cards not accepted.
  • Cancellation charges: 50% of room rate for nights cancelled after check-in .
  • Taxi from airport/train station can be arranged at prevalent rates.
 
 
 
 
 

BOOKING PROCEDURE: First, mail your booking request checking availability.   If there is availability and if you wish to confirm, you will receive a confirmation mail and details about how to pay the booking advance.
